Senior HR Strategy Consultant
Lead strategic workforce diagnostics, organizational restructuring initiatives, and executive advisory projects for corporate clients across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth human capital audits and operational diagnostic assessments
- Design tailored workforce roadmaps, total rewards programs, and change management plans
- Advise C-level client executives on talent governance, compliance, and culture alignment
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to transition advisory roadmaps into operational execution
Candidate Qualifications & Background
- 6+ years of progressive HR consulting or senior strategic HR business partner experience
- Demonstrated track record advising executive leadership across mid-market or enterprise organizations
- Deep understanding of multi-jurisdiction labor compliance, performance architectures, and M&A integration
- Exceptional analytical capability and persuasive written/verbal presentation skills
